Is my PDF uploaded to a server?
The PDF file stays in your browser and isn't uploaded. Only the text extracted from it is sent to the AI when you ask for a summary.
What exactly is sent to the AI?
The extracted text of the document, split into parts. Not the file, not images, not your filename.
Does it work with scanned PDFs?
Not in this version. The PDF needs a real text layer; scanned or image-only PDFs can't be summarized here.
How many pages can it handle?
Up to 100 pages. Longer documents are declined rather than partly summarized.
What language is the summary in?
It follows the language of the reader: English, Portuguese or Spanish.
